Simon Byles, Proprietor
Simon Byles is the sole owner of Infidelity, a business that is both his brainchild and his passion.
It all started at Kings College where Simon completed his BSc in Physics and acoustics. From here the audiovisual world beckoned and Simon joined Grahams hi-fi where he learnt the workings of the specialist hi-fi industry before spending a short while with the fledgling Sound Organisation shop in London.
The next move was to Rega Research where Simon worked closely with Roy Gandy, Rega’s well-known owner and the select number of UK and overseas dealers to expand the business.
Now this is where it gets a little confusing because Simon moved on from Rega to take a well-considered career break and left for the Alps to work as a ski guide for a couple of seasons. On his return he headed for Sound Organisation. Here he helped develop many audiophile hi-fi supports and open the odd shop…then back to Rega to develop the company and take on the responsibility of launching their loudspeaker and electronics manufacturing facility…
After all that Simon was not one to rest on his laurels and found a new thought occupying his mind…that thought was his passion…
…and his passion was Infidelity.

Dominic Lye, Shop Manager
Dominic has been with Infidelity for some years now…some would say he has grown into the role rather well. As shop manager, Dominic oversees the shops day-to-day happenings and apart from being demanding of his fellow workers for the odd cup of tea all runs well under his command!

Derek Jenkins, Turntable Specialist
Derek is the turntable expert bar none. People come from far and wide to have their vinyl decks fettled by the master. He serviced his first LP12 over 30 years ago…(doesn’t quite add up because he said he was turning 29 the other day!)

Hitesh Pisavadia, Sales Consultant
Hitesh has recently joined the team and brings with him 4 years of experience in hifi and home cinema. Hitesh has a top end Naim system at home and spends many an hour relaxing to smooth jazz.
He also likes to spin a bit of vinyl on his Linn Sondek LP12. That is of course when he's not playing games on his 50" flat screen!

James Willett, Sales Consultant
Having been a part of the team for six years now, he prides himself on his audiovisual knowledge. From two-channel to cinema James will offer up many solutions in the quest for the perfect system. James’ interests lie in the professional world of AV and as such he often has the odd snippet of technological info to shed light on the latest up and coming product.

Kiff Frankham, Custom Install
Kiff joined Infidelity from the pro audio world. Mixing desks and reel-to-reels have been swapped for the latest in home automation and custom installation.
Anything with a remote can be catered for so gone are the days of the ten controllers all lined up in the living room to control your latest audio visual purchase!

Keith Waller, Technical Specialist
Keith is Infidelity’s IT expert out on the road. As technology takes hold in almost all corners of our life, the world of AV is certainly no exception.
The set-up of these complex systems is all-important – security, reliability and usability are all key. Keith is the master, ensuring all these points are met as the install progresses. System control is another of his specialities.

Jonathan Byles, Structural & Hardware Specialist
Jonathan, or ‘JB’ as he is known, is Simon’s brother. From knocking through walls to mounting a custom plasma bracket, Jonathan performs the impossible. An invaluable asset to the install environment, Jonathan is often in demand across our many installs.
